About Us
We are a small family business dedicated to growing Native Bush Tucker on our farm located in The Nambucca Valley, south of Coffs Harbour. We believe in living in harmony within the subtropical region and have concentrated our plantings on local Native species. Which include Finger Limes, Davidson Plums, Strawberry Gums, Midgin Berries, Black Apples, Lemon and Aniseed Myrtles to name a few. We are planting a native arboretum of rare and endangered native trees and a concentration of Koala trees. This will be supported by local native bee hives.
Our product range will expand as we continue to plant more trees to fill our farm with bush tucker and process it in various forms for use in cooking, beauty products and in bulk for manufacturers.
Current finger lime varieties: Byron Sunrise, Emerald Green, Pink Ice, Alstonville, Tahitian Lime.
