Finger Limes

Finger limes (Citrus australasica) are native to the subtropical rainforests of Northern NSW and Southern Queensland coastal areas.

They are prized by the Bundjalung people as a tasty fruit with antiseptic and medicinal properties. They are bursting with Vitamin C, rich with folate, potassium and vitamin E.

The caviar-like citrus beads bursts in your mouth with a spritzy piquancy.
