Our Products

Our range of products are grown with a passion for the natural and organic process wherever possible. We have selected locally native species and sought out rare and endangered plants and trees from the Northern Rivers region. In some cases we have planted Bush Tucker trees from other regions, such as the Kakadu Plum and Green plum from Darwin. But we always take care to ensure that what we plant will be environmentally friendly to the local bush. Native honey bees from our area have been introduced as well and we hope to have some native honey available in the future.

Our aim is to provide a range of native oils, herbs and spices to delight the palate and provide Chefs and others with a range of Australian exotic tastes.
